Sara Stripling has been named as a semi-finalist for the Flatmancrooked First Annual Poetry Prize. Her poems "Stories" and "When You Told Me You Were from Sierra Leone" will appear in
Flatmancrooked's Slim Volume of Contemporary Poetry, an anthology due out this summer. Sara is a fourth-year student in the program.
