Three students with ties to the Program in Creative Writing & Translation have won prestigious fellowships to pursue studies abroad! Recent graduates Kathleen Heil and Max Thompson and former MFA student Kaveh Bassiri are among the nine students selected this year as Sturgis International Fellows. Heil's project will take her to Berlin while Bassiri and Thompson are headed to Iran and Russia respectively.
