Honum awarded Ruth Lilly Fellowship

Fourth-year student Chloe Honum has been awarded a 2009 Ruth Lilly Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation. Honum was one of five poets selected to receive the award, which comes with a prize of $15,000 and publication in Poetry Magazine. Honum's work will be featured in the November issue.

Honum named as finalist for the 2009 Ruth Lilly Fellowships

Third-year student Chloe Honum has been named as a finalist for the 2009 Ruth Lilly Fellowships.

McHugh forthcoming in Sixth Finch

Ashley McHugh's poem "Ars Poetica" has been accepted for the fall issue of Sixth Finch. McHugh is a third-year student in the MFA program.

Mullholland receives Coughlin-Lawrence Fellowship

Meaghan Mulholland recently received the Coughlin-Lawrence Fiction Fellowship to the Solstice Summer Writers' Conference at Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill MA. The fellowship covers full room and board at the conference. Mullholland is a third-year student in the MFA program.

Honum forthcoming in the Bellingham Review

Chloe Honum's poem "Ballerina, Released" was selected as Runner-up by judge Paulann Petersen for the 49th Parallel Award in Poetry from the Bellingham Review. The poem will be published in a future issue. Honum is a fourth-year student in the program.
