Harris Translation Named to Best New Fiction List
Two lists herald alum Elizabeth Harris' translation of This is the Garden by Giulio Mozzi: Typographical Era names it among its Best New Fiction for January, and Conversational Reading includes it on the Interesting Books of 2014 list. Takacs Chapbook Available for Pre-Order
The new chapbook by second-year poet Eszter Takacs, "Together We Will Talk Right Down to Earth," is now available for pre-order from The New Megaphone. It comes as a bundle, with chapbooks by Russ Woods, Mathias Svalina, Julie Cohen, and Leora Fridman, plus two issues of The New Megaphone magazine. Dougherty Publishes 3-Part Series in Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette features a new poem by first-year student Kevin Dougherty: "Saturday Poem: The author wishes to acknowledge."
After receiving rave responses for Kevin's first featured poem, "Saturday Poem: Instead of Pittsburgh," the paper chose to run Kevin's poetry in a three-part series. The third poem is forthcoming.
